FOREST GROVE CONCOURS de’ELEGANCE

Once a year the greatest antiques, classics and collector cars gather for the annual Forest Grove Concours de’Elegance. In the collector car field there¬†are also entries for hot rods and custom cars. All cars either compete or are on a “display only” basis. Only the “Best of the Best” show up for this relaxing and enjoyable event. People of all ages are invited and there is something to do for everyone. The Concours features over 300 classic cars from the Pacific Northwest and beyond, as well as musical stage acts and tasty summer treats that make it fun for the whole family. Proceeds from the Concours d’Elegance help fund scholarships and local charity projects.

As a prelude to the Concours dinner on Saturday evening, you are invited to join us for a tour of the beautiful Tualatin Valley. The first stop on the tour will be a visit to one of Oregon’s finest wineries where the hungry and thirsty participants will be treated to a light catered lunch and wine tasting.

The next stop will be scenic Henry Hagg Lake, where we will enjoy rides on the water in vintage wooden speed boats. Later in the evening is the Evening of Elegance Dinner, the traditional Saturday night event prior to the Concours d’Elegance.

Those cars completing the tour will receive a lovely commemorative Concours gift bag and a ribbon to be displayed on Concours day. Participation on the tour will only affect the judging of the car on Concours day in the event of a tie, in which case the car that completed the tour will receive the advantage in judging.

 Details of the tour start time and place will be included in your tour acceptance letter. We are limiting the number of tour participants to 40 cars and will be selected as to the order of registrations received.

Tour participants are invited to attend the Evening of Elegance dinner. Costs for the tour and Evening of Elegance dinner are as follows:

Cost per vehicle for tour is $60.00 (includes 2 people)

Cost for additional tour guests, per person is $20.00

Cost for dinner, per person is $45.00
